Tammy Snortum

Tammy Snortum is the Leadership Training Manager at the Wisconsin Child Welfare Professional Development System. She is responsible for developing and coordinating training for supervisors, managers and directors. She joined the training system in 2004 as the Training Manager for the NEW Partnership for Children and Families, where she managed and coordinated training for supervisors and staff. She was a member of a national team with the University of Texas at Austin to develop an organizationally-based program to build resiliency in staff and volunteers working with child abuse victims. Tammy brings experience as a former Deputy Director with Brown County HS. Tammy obtained her MSSW from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her BSW from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
