Kristin Lampe began working for WCWPDS-Milwaukee in 2020 as a foster, adoptive, and relative caregiver trainer. Prior to being full-time, Kristin was an ad hoc trainer for WCWPDS-Milwaukee since 2016. She worked as a foster care coordinator for Dane County from 1998-2004 where she recruited, trained, and supported foster parents. From 2004-2007 Kristin lived in Fargo, ND where she worked in public, domestic, and international adoptions. Returning to Wisconsin, she began working for the NEW Partnership as a training specialist organizing, facilitating, and providing training for child welfare workers and foster parents in the Northeast region of Wisconsin from 2008-2012. From 2012 to 2020, she was a part-time instructor at Northeast Technical College teaching psychology and college preparation courses. She earned her B.S. in Social Work and Psychology and MSSW in Social Work at UW-Madison.
