Wade has worked at the Wisconsin Child Welfare Professional Development System (WCWPDS) since 2022. As a Research Analyst, he develops data reports for internal and external stakeholders and supports program evaluation through design, implementation, and analysis.
He earned his B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in May 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Affairs at the La Follette School of Public Affairs.
Outside of work, Wade enjoys watching UW athletics, cooking, hiking, and camping with his partner, Claire.
