
Jenny is an Evaluation Specialist for the Wisconsin Child Welfare Professional Development System. Her role is to develop and coordinate assessments of WCWPDS’ trainings and services and provide data-informed recommendations for improvements. Prior to this, Jenny worked for 6 years for WCWPDS as an organizational improvement facilitator where she led county and tribal agency teams through organizational improvement projects to improve the quality of their services and systems. Jenny has substantial child welfare experience including 10 years as an instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Social Work teaching child welfare and human development courses and 5 years in policy analysis, program evaluation, and research focusing on child protective services, foster care, and independent living programs for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Institute for Research on Poverty. Jenny received her BA in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her master’s degree in social work, social policy, and social administration from the University of Chicago. She has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.
