Jenny Fahy

Jenny is an Organizational Improvement Facilitator for the Wisconsin Child Welfare Professional Development System. Her role is to train child welfare staff on continuous improvement methods and to facilitate organizational improvement projects with county agencies. Prior to this, Jenny worked for 10 years as an instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Social Work teaching child welfare and human development courses. She has also worked for 5 years in policy analysis, program evaluation, and research focusing on child protective services, foster care, and independent living programs for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families and University of Wisconsin-Madison Institute for Research on Poverty. Jenny received her BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her master’s degree in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago.
