Lindsay joined WCWPDS in September of 2020 as a Youth Justice Trainer, primarily training the YASI (Youth Assessment & Screening Instrument). Prior to WCWPDS, Lindsay worked for over 17 years in County child welfare, child protection, and youth justice, including the last 12 years as a youth justice supervisor. She also has experience in Birth to 3, Children’s Long Term Support, and Healthy Families America programs. Lindsay received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UW-Stevens Point, and her MSW from UW-Oshkosh and has a certificate in Infant, Early Childhood, and Family Mental Health from UW-Madison.
