Andrea Cleland, MSSW, CAPSW, is the Safety Trainer for WCWPDS and delivers child safety trainings for CPS workers, supervisors and contract providers statewide. Previously, she worked for 14 years at Rock County as an Access worker, Initial Assessment worker, Ongoing Services worker, and a staff trainer. Andrea also worked as a contract Safety Trainer for the Southern Child Welfare Training Partnership where she trained Safety courses. Andrea earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a graduate of The School of Social Work’s Title IV-E Child Welfare Training Program.
