Username

Your PDS Online account is created for you in an overnight process, so please wait a day after your eWiSACWIS account is created before attempting to log in to PDS Online

• County Employees: “W” + eWiSACWIS person ID number (e.g. W1234567)
• Foster Parents: “P” + eWiSACWIS provider ID number (e.g. P1234567)
• Private Agency Staff: “S” + eWiSACWIS personnel provider ID number (e.g. S1234567)

Returning PDS Online users may look up the username

To do so, you must have access to the email address associated with the account.

Password

• Unless you’ve already logged in and reset your password, your first password is always WiTraining#2025
• You will be asked to change this password the first time you log in.
• Returning PDS Online users may change the password. To do so, you must have access to the email address
  associated with the account.

The Form

Upon first logging in you will be presented one of two screens seen below. Either screen provides you an opportunity to complete the profile form which populates your PDS Online account. Without completing the profile form, you will be unable to register for trainings. Once you have completed the profile form (and waited 6 hours to process), you will be able to register for trainings .that are available to you.
