How Invoicing Works
The Wisconsin Child Welfare Professional Development System (WCWPDS) – Madison office invoices monthly for all trainings completed the previous month. UW-Madison’s Accounts Receivable system does not accept pre-payments.
How To Pay
Each invoice contains a QR code and a weblink to facilitate convenient, fee-free credit card payments.

Training Fees
Our standard fee structure is $10 per half-day (up to 3.5 hours) / $20 per full day (more than 3.5 hours).
Conference fees are $100 for our 3-day conferences, $50 for the 1.5-day Adoption Professionals conference.
No fees are assessed for collaborative learning opportunities and pilot trainings.
