Previous Spaced Education curriculum is intended to be a resource to bring specific concepts from the training into your unit. These documents provide quick access to materials that can be used to onboard new staff, upskill current staff, facilitate discussion in individual/group supervision and meetings. The research on specific topics relevant to child welfare has already been done, so child welfare professionals and supervisors can just “grab and go”.
The Curriculum Questions document contains questions and answers within the specific topic, and the Discussion Guide provides questions meant to assist child welfare professionals to reflect on practice, review standards, and other resources.
