Kelly Smithback

Kelly joined WCWPDS in the Winter of 2019 as a Continuous Quality Improvement Research Analyst and Facilitator. Within this role, Kelly assists in using data and research to assist child welfare agencies in effective and measurable improvement projects. Prior to this position, Kelly worked within the WI Department of Children and Families as a Research Analyst for the Division of Safety and Permanence, and as a Legislative Analyst doing program evaluation work for the WI Legislative Audit Bureau. She has a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and a B.A. from UW-Madison.
