Erin Nasgovitz is a Safety Coaching Specialist/Trainer for WCWPDS at the UW Madison School of Social Work. Erin delivers child safety trainings for CPS workers, supervisors and contract providers statewide. Erin’s goal is to enhance knowledge, skills and confidence in safety decision making. Prior to WCWPDS, Erin was a Curriculum and Instruction Manager for the Milwaukee Child Welfare Partnership. Her passion for child protective services comes from over 10 years of experience working in contracted agencies for the Division of Milwaukee Child Protective Services in Ongoing. Erin spent most of that time as an Ongoing and Training Team Supervisor. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Erin is a graduate of UW Madison’s Title IV-E Child Welfare Training Program.
