Jen has several years of experience in instructional design and adult education. Jen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Social Studies Education from Winona State University, a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Administrative Leadership with an emphasis on instructional design, and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee in Urban Education with an emphasis in Adult, Continuing, and Higher Education Leadership. Her research focused on the persistence of adult students in undergraduate programs. Before coming to WCWPDS, she has worked as an instructional designer at Wisconsin Lutheran College, Metso Minerals, and the UW-Madison Division of Extension Natural Resources Institute.
